    Provision of Component Classification

It is advisable that customers supply additional components when releasing materials, as consumption may occur during the PCB assembly process. Although we anticipate minimal losses, for the sake of prudence, we highly value the availability of a small quantity of spare parts to preclude any potential delays.

    Passive Components

    • For components sized 0603 and larger: Incorporate a 20% damageallowance along with an extra 20 pieces.

    • For components sized 0402 and 0201: Incorporate a 100% damageallowance along with an extra 100 pieces. A continuous tape is requisite.

Components with anti - static protection and moisture - sensitive device packaging will be handled with utmost care during inventory and storage procedures. Any unutilized components will be returned to the customer.

In most instances, upon receipt of the consigned kit materials, a rigorous incoming material inspection will be executed. The inspection report will typically be furnished within 24 hours of material receipt. However, on occasion, due to pressing production exigencies, issues may only be detected during the assembly process, following which feedback will be provided to the customer.

    Bare PCBs

It is recommended that PCBs be equipped with a silkscreen layer denoting polarity and the first - pin position.

    Special Handling Requirements
